October 12th will be the next Fitzroy Seniors pot luck luncheon at our Community Centre, seniors room, all welcome and bring a guest if you want. Carpet Bowling, Exercise groups, walking groups, etc. Call Norma Dixon 623-5928 or Bessie McGuire, our President at 623-3552 for more information.
Fitzroy Seniors Meetings
The Fitzroy Harbour Senior Citizens will have their first Fall meeting Tues.Sept.14th. Our Club meets every second Tues.of month with a delicious potluck lunch starting at 12.30 p.m.
Present members can bring along a guest, and we welcome newcomers at anytime..you don't have to be 65: 50 and up..don't think of yourselves as 'seniors' yet...come out and have some fun.
We're looking for some new carpet bowlers, Mondays l-3 (team days) and Fridays l-3 (fun days). Come on over or give our President Bessie McGuire a call 623-3552.
One of our longtime members, Doug Dixon had his big 80 July 6th. Congratulations.
....if you're not able to make it in Sept., join us Oct.12 for next one.....we're an active friendly group. Our Exercise group headed by Barb Mayhew and Norma Dixon starts l0 a.m. Thurs. Sept. 23rd: at the Client Centre, Kinburn Side Rd..come along, call Barb 832-4918 or Norma 623-5928.

Fitzroy Harbour Seniors News
Our 2003-2004 Seniors is starting again for another season with a September 9th meeting. We are looking for some new members (age is not a factor). Our meetings start, always the second Tuesday of the month, at 12:30 with a delicious “Pot Luck” lunch. We have a meeting and different entertainment each month. The fee for the year is $5.00 per person.
